What data we collect
Name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, city and area. For workers, we also collect the front/back of the CNIC, a selfie, payment proof and GPS location.

Your data is used only for service delivery, verification and safety.
Contact information
Phone and WhatsApp numbers do not appear on public profiles. They are unlocked only for the worker and customer whose order has been accepted.
CNIC and documents
CNIC images and payment screenshots are used only for Super Admin verification. They are not shown to any customer or other worker.
Location data
GPS location is used for nearby matching (5/10/20 KM radius). The exact address is shared only for accepted orders.
Reviews
Reviews are public — rating and comment. Private information (number, address) is never published in a review.
Deleting your data
Send an account deletion request to support. Your data is removed except for legal and payment records.
